Company History Eliopulos Properties and its subsidiaries are a family owned development company based in Los Angeles County, California. The company has owned, financed, managed, entitled, subdivided, and developed projects ranging from industrial and retail to multi-family and master planned residential communities. The company has completed entitlement work cooperating with various local, county, state, and federal agencies including water districts, sewer districts, Fish & Game, LAFCO, RTC, and various housing authorities. Eliopulos Properties provides a full service ground up development platform in which it has successfully overseen environmental impact reports, subdivision map submittals, city department coordination for conditions of approval, State of California Department of Real Estate, Homeowners Associations, grading, sewer, storm drains, water, coordinating and installing all dry utilities, and in some cases working with the Native American communities of the region through qualified consultants to assess potential burial or archaeological sites.

Company History

AJ Eliopulos Commercial / Industrial Development, Inc., a California Corporation, is the commercial arm of the Eliopulos Properties development company. Founded in 1957 by John Petro Eliopulos, the company was a family-run home developer known as JP Eliopulos Enterprises which, for over 10 years, was one of the top 25 largest privately owned home building companies in the county of Los Angeles. John’s son Andrew later took the reigns of the family business and established its commercial division. He went on to exponentially expand its residential development work as well, including Joshua Ranch, a 1,000 acre, 539 unit hill top master planned community of custom homes complete with equestrian trails and vista points. Andrew has completed work for numerous regional school districts, the County of Los Angeles, the State of California, and the United States Government, and is an approved landlord for English and Canadian governmental entities, all of whom are current tenants in his properties. He has bought and sold over 1,500 properties in his career, and still maintains a level of personal attention to all his business dealings. Andrew is proud to have provided homes to many military personnel over the years. Built on a tradition of values passed down, his company is still family owned and operated together with his wife, Rula.
